Returns

If a return is necessary, you are welcome to do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as used tools and opened mulch bags, cannot be returned. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions before making a purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and you can expect the amount to be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please keep your receipt, as it serves as proof of purchase for returns.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us for assistance.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damaged item for our records. Once we confirm the damage, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference. 

Refund Status

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, we recommend checking with your bank, as processing times can vary. If the refund still hasn’t appeared after that, please get in touch with us for assistance. To make it easier for us to help, kindly generate a refund ticket using the subject: “Refund Not Received – Request for Assistance” and send it to our official email – info@treatgarden.com. We’ll look into it and resolve the issue for you.

Sale Items

Please note that items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a sale item, feel free to reach out.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

If you decide to return an item, please email us at info@treatgarden.com for guidance. While we will issue a full refund for the product, please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping, making it easier than ever to shop with confidence and save on delivery costs. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared in your account, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank, as they might need additional time to complete the process. If you’ve already checked with them and still don’t see the refund, please reach out to us at info@treatgarden.com
